Guided Meditation
The three audios below were the Primary Teaching Resource used in the Clinical Trials Conducted by the Meditation Research Programme, UNSW
Instructions
1. find a relatively quiet space with minimum disturbances
2. remove shoes, spectacles, and loosen any tight clothing
3. sit comfortably on a chair or on the floor with both hands open, palm up on your lap
4. take a few deep breaths then breathe in a relaxed easy way, you can do this while listening to track 2
5. use the affirmations and hand positions from the guided meditation on track 1
6. allow your attention to dissolve into the silent space that is just above your head
7. Use either track 1, 2 or 3 to facilitate your experience of inner peace and silence for 10-20 minutes, twice a day
